With this new baby on the way Josh and I decided it was time to start looking for a house! On January 26th we put an offer on a house we liked in Rogers that was in a short sale. We knew it could take a few months to get an answer back but we had time to spare since we don't have to be out of our current apartment until July 31st so we took a chance. We eventually heard back from our realtor and he said that we won't be hearing back because the bank is just stalling. By this time we had waited 60 days at it was mid March. I started to get nervous because I knew Josh wasn't going to be home much in the next few months as he is trying to make as much money as possible for the baby and taxes and a house etc. and I didn't know if we had enough time to find a place and get it in time, but the Lord had it all under control!
Once we got back from our Mexico "baby-moon" we met with our realtor Todd, looked at a few houses and fell in love with one in St. Michael. We went straight to Todd's office and made an offer! We couldn't stop thinking of this place and we started dreaming instantly! The next day we got a call and our offer was accepted! We couldn't have been more thrilled! Everything lined up perfectly and we will close on May 12 and start moving in once we have painted and cleaned!
